Responsibilities • Achieve the monthly sales target of center. • Collect leads from various channel. • Achieve monthly leads and shows target. Job description: • Manage day-to-day center sales and operational readiness at all time. • Ring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation • Develop and execute action plan for leads collection. • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities • Share knowledge with other centers and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs. • Maintain a safe and clean environment for employees and ensure that property is well-maintained and kept attractive and up-to-date. • Responsible for stock check and replenishment. • Manage daily income and expenditure of the center. • To perform sales consultations where required. • To ensure good customer experience and service standard. • Proactively provide after sales support to including handle customer feedback, complains and needs. Job Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of relevant management and customer service experience. • Good leadership qualities and able to work independently. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer skills is a must. • Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese (both verbal and written). Customer Service Officer/Therapist (Full-time/Part-time/Internship)


Job duties : • Provides and maintain high service standard. • Provides professional vision physiotherapy for clients in according to company SOP.
